Alpkit Bouldering League

The Bouldering league is held on the second Friday of each month. The best three scores from five win Alpkit prizes at the end of the season. There are 20 problems in each league and you have 2 hours to complete as many problems as you can. Each round is split into two sessions: 16:30 or 19:00 and you have a choice of 3 leagues depending on your ability or competetive nature: Fun 3c - 5a, Intermediate 4b - 5c, and Open 5b - 6c. The Chunk usually livens the atmosphere by taking down some tunes for the evening sessions.

BMC Leading Ladder 2008 - 2009

If you are after more competition action why not give the BMC Leading Ladder a try. This is a nationwide series of leading events running through the winter. The competition is split into three ability categories - Improver, Recreational, and Elite so there is sure to be something for everyone. More information can be found on the BMC website.
